   this is not “chutzpah” and i feel it would have had the same noise if they were selling land in jerusalem. over 3000 americans have moved to israel in the last 4 years.. and the majority were able to capitalize on the housing boom to buy a house in the judea. I myself am one of them, and am the proud owner of 500k $ house. unfortunately not everyone can do that, and by providing subsidy.. its basically charity.
