    wow jewschool,
    fantastic on so many levels: so well put; so pointed about the problem and its fallout; and so creative in suggesting ways to break out of the federation (read: old and confined) funding system.
    im curious as to what type of reaction your speech generated? both among the federation execs and other innovators who were speaking.
