Here’s what actually happened: I asked a coworker at JTA to call the ADL to find out if they planned to give Ron Paul any shit for keeping Nazi money. They said they’d look into it. He filed a brief.

I’m not fond of some of the Ron Paul supporters- I’ve received some anti-semitic emails- but I haven’t heard anything bad from the man himself. I’ve noticed anti-semites tend to betray themselves. David Duke is an obvious example. So far Ron Paul’s message has been one of non-intervention, consistent with libertarian principles.
In any case, why give money back to the haters?

thanks for all this great info about ron paul. i can’t seem to pass a single day without meeting some “progressive” who thinks ron paul is the fucking messiah. i tend to think ALL politicians are scumbags, but your website has been providing me with a lot more ammunition.
