   Yeah. That’s from Fall 2006, referring to the Military Commissions Act of 2006, which also put habeas corpus on the chopping block. It’s not old news by any stretch. It’s still entirely vital. But, it is a shame that the “buzz” is coming now instead of when it was needed.
